It always amuses me that people think it's good to have people voting. Belgium even makes it illegal to not vote. Which is absurd. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it think. I can't see why an unthinking, or annoyed, horse will make any sort of sensible vote at all if forced.

The way statistics work, the non-voters are smarter than the "it's your duty" crowd. If another 1000 of them vote, the result will be the same. That's because the previous 1000 who did vote, or didn't, voted exactly the same [within a few] as the 1000 before that. As long as sufficient have voted to fill the statistics, it doesn't matter if more go along and do exactly the same.

As you point out, indirectly, there are plenty of existing Americans who the other Americans would be better off swapping for some of the Mexican invaders. The problem is to identify them. Those in prison or with a prison record would [generally] be a good place to start. The invaders with IQs over 140 would be [mostly] good ones to bring in.
