Regarding Mr. Market, I suggest you move 2 years back and ask yourself why BWNG was worth 3.5 then and why it is worth 14 now.

How much has changed? The revenue, the margin, the business, ... or more - the stock price?

When Broadwing gets a powerful and aggressive new CEO, if he could get $5 billion finances, what would be Broadwing's revenue, EBITDA, profit margin, ...... and stock price.

Huber is not savvy in finance, and the current management good to keep the company running in good shape, but is not qualified to run such a big company fast enough under the new environment.

A new CEO will change everything overnight.
