poor ceo choice. what are you talking about? the much maligned dr. huber founded the co; engineered the all optical network, directed the conversion from equip co. to network, bought focal a very good price (although the financing was troubled) as in compare focal revenues and cost with lvlt's recent purchase of telcove at far greater cost for far less revenue... catch up? most bwng investors have tripled their $$$ in six mos.
