Mr. Telstra, as you call him, is Sol Trujillo. Holding undergraduate and masters degrees in business, from that esteemed powerhouse University of Wyoming, he is credited with destroying the quality of service in rural America, while CEO of U.S. West, then running San Diego wireless start-up Graviton (in which Qualcomm had an investment) into bankruptcy. It is understandable how such a brilliant digital businessman could also ruin Telstra.
