AS, Kerry's tax code would be FAIR

The only aspect of Kerry's tax code would be to "roll back" the Bush tax cuts for everyone except those making less than $200K a year.

Like I said, that does absolutely nothing to close the tax loopholes that the rich continue to exploit. None. Nada. Zippo. Kerry doesn't have a solution, and neither do you.
