It's the usual disgraceful ambulance-chaser bullshit.

Somebody who exercised SUNW employee options during the bubble and hence was a millionaire on paper for a few months, wasn't smart enough to diversify and protect him or herself. Therefore they lost their brass ring through greed and stupidity and can no longer afford a grand piano.

Now they've gotten a lawyer to thinking: maybe we can persuade a court that this poor unfortunate upper-middle-class pampered person who actually spent most of every day complaining and shooting the shit in their cubicle while their funny-money piled up (and a whole associated class of "victimized" employees), was too dumb to figure out that their eggs were all in one basket, and should have been warned of that fact by the employer or the company's investment agents.

That's what it means. What an astounding crock. It almost makes you agree with the Republican "tort reformers". But not quite.
