Bush could bring gas prices down 20% with one speech. By promising to strongly investigate, regulate, indict and punish the gougers going back to 2000. Trouble is, Bush and Cheney are accomplices in this greatest of all crimes. Proof of this is that gas prices fell 25 cents or so the day congress finally called in the oil CEO's and grilled them, unfortunately not under oath. Then they went right back up again after big oil realized Bush-Cheney and congress weren't going to do anything,
