OPEC and the Texas companies control the supply and price of oil to a very large degree. The House Of Saud can change the price of oil any time they want, and when they are working in concert with the Exxons of the world it's even easier. This is exactly what's been happening since Bush-Cheney were first nominated.

Now do you understand why Bush holds the Saudi prince's hand as he walks him through the blue bonnet garden? Acting like a fairy in front of the cameras? Bush knows where his bread is buttered. The Bush family is in deep with the Saudis.
