EWY, KEF, KF......must be the difference between closed-end and open-end funds, and ETFs? And the premium/discount paid for net asset values.

Trust Wall Street for coming out with myriad products and thoroughly confusing the average investor, instead of keeping things simple. (As Jim Cramer says, confuse things enough so advice is required and thus generate massive commissions!)
