That is my concern as well. The value could easily drop more than 50% in the year between exercising the series A warrants and being able to sell the stock if it is restricted and that's not even getting into the series B(60%), C(70%), or D(80%) warrants. The preferred shares and "stock participation right" may still have some value down the road, but I'm not sure there won't be some other catch there as well.

One thing the company has maintained is that they wanted to slow down the trading to give them time to develop their various projects and keep speculators out. They are certainly succeeding on that count.
