Bushie energy companies stole 30 billion from the west coast from the day after Bush-Cheney were nominated until Jim Jeffords switched parties and gave Democrats subpeona powers. Only then did it stop. Gas taxes are a good thing. In fact we ought to triple them and use the money to pay for a new clean fuels Marshall Plan including subsidizing and rewarding people who save energy.
