Well, I'm waiting for that "dividend." Haven't seen anything, yet. They say they are going to "mail" it out??? What the heck? Normal companies simply transfer it directly to your online broker acct., when it's a stock transfer.
I don't understand this "dividend" B.S. A "dividend" is paid out to shareholders when a company has made a profit, instead of retaining earnings, they pay out to investors in the form of a "dividend."
I was expecting to have my TWOG stock to be transferred to ILGY stock at 1:10 ratio or my 200,000 Twog into 20,000 ILGY.
BDWH was supposed to pay .085 a share for Twog shares, to buy Twog. Twog should be gone now, and BDWH should be left, and then BDWH should be changed to ILGY.
Instead, we got Twog left, and BDWH gone?
These guys are a bunch of DIRTY ROTTEN LIARS.
I'd like to bash their heads and break their legs - in court - figuratively speaking...
I DO NOT like being taken advantage of.
IF these guys were in East L.A. doing their little scams, a bunch of gangsters would not put up with it.
There are people in this world who would teach them a serious lesson for ripping off people.
I play by the rules and I will take them to court, but there are people in this world that wouldn't do it that way.

Is Twog going to be wrapped into BDWH, and then into ILGY?

Why is BDWH gone?
Why is TWOG still here?
How come if BDWH bought Twog for .085 cents a share, why is BDWH gone, Twog is still trading, and also ILGY is there with TWOG?

I think they are hoping I'm going to sell out my Twog at a low price below a penny, to get rid of me.
But, I'm not.
I'm staying here and I'm going to rip their heads off in court, IF they don't get ALL my money back.
I called them the other day and left them a message saying what they are doing looks very "questionable" and I want ALL my money back. I want it NOW.
May 1st, 2006, was the pay date.

They say ILGY bought a 25% stake in Magellan, read the links connected to ILGY. They say Magellan got many millions in financing. Some think all these companies are interconnected together and all run by Mancini, Needham and Watsons and their buddies. Some think they are all a bunch of lying scammers. Some say the addresses and contact info. is all the same for all of these companies. How did Watsons and ILGY buy a 25% stake in Magellan? Based on the amt. of financing they say Magellan got from an investor, that would mean that ILGY would've had to pay quite a few million to buy 25% stake in Magellan.
I don't believe any of this.
Sic the SEC and the FBI and the IRS on all of them.
I think they are lying, cheating and probably got a lot of stuff they are hiding in their past lives and probably dodging taxes in the U.S. and in Canada and elsewhere.
Put pressure on them.
Where's my "dividend?"
