Of course, anyone who winds up in a legal bind for DEFAMATION via internet would have the opportunity to show that the lies/rumors came from somewhere else and were just innocently posted...perhaps they could even lay it off on the woman from the P&G case. "Maybe they heard a rumor" Well, MAYBE they did ...of course, the other side of that is always MAYBE THEY DIDNT. I dont see the point of your remarks ,FE. You seem a bit "shook up'" Speaking of "shook up"..I have a feeling MAYBE James spilled HIS coffee when HE saw the news of the suit...also have a feeling that James will not be throwing the word "scam" around loosely either In my own opinion that is geting pretty close to the edge unless one has SOME particulars. MAYBE im wrong but i doubt it. In any event, we cant influence the case..it will play itself out....in the meantime...back to business!
