Correct.

ALA: The ALA director of ADSL marketing I spoke with at N+I said flat-out that ALA would license. He also said that ALA had some patents of its own in the area of power management that might be useful to AMTX and that a cross-license might be possible.

TXN: By "TI" I assume you mean USRX's adaptation of AWRE's DMT to the C6x and not AMTX's C6x-based work. The USRX implementation will be non-compliant unless they too license from AMTX. AWRE-on-ADI requires AMTX patents to comply, why will AWRE-on-C6x will be any different?
