Ike's transgression was underage consumption of alcoholic beverages, and it seems he went over to someones dorm room and began tapping on the window to get their attention. In the process he broke the window. I think he got community service and all charges will be dropped after a period of time.
Not on par with the severity of the offenses Marcus was capable of but still a celebratory first slap on the wrist regardless for the first offense.
