CMM Mgmt was not worried about the possibility of nationalization affecting them.

What a strange comment. If Humala nationalizes the mining industry in Peru, it would not matter how many workers in the company were peruvian. The company will no longer be a private entity and all profits would go to the government. I personally see the biggest threat to the success of CMM to be the political uncertainties in Peru. Are we entering the country at the wrong time...we shall know soon.

On the other hand, Margaret Kent does not strike me to have been born yesterday, to the contrary, it is her savvy and skillfulness that first attracted me to this stock. If she is continuing with her plans, it tells me the danger in her view is minimal. Therefore, for the time being I am staying invested.
