Now that these jokers have used the current CPI computation to mask the true overall inflation in housing costs, they are likely to reformulate the calculation and include (declining) home prices to "more accurately" reflect true housing cost.

This will be a double hit on poor retirees, whose Social Security CLAs will not reflect rising rates for rent.
