haven't had a chance to listen to the full call and as you know this is a complicated co. but 37m shares out and something like $257m in equity amounts to about $7/share. top line growth and growth in most core cos. looks good but for gaap they included stock based compensation and didn't have the net tax gains they had last year so that's why the gaap # is worse... i'll try to post some comments on the call etc. later today but i'd suggest going to this link and taking a good look at the balance sheet, adjusted earnings for core cos etc... internetcapital.com
