"In fact he should have refused to answer their questions. Clinton was far too cooperative and refused ..."

If he cared even one iota about his constituency (people like you) he should have stepped down when he was caught with his pants down (literally and figuratively). Gore would have taken up the left wing gauntlet, clinton would have been proclaimed the greatest political martre in recent times. Organizations like N.O.W. would not have unraveled and we would see the left wing political strength that was in its hay day at the time still in tact.

He sold you all down the river because he was drunken with his role as the leader of the most powerful nation in the history of the world. He sold you out and you like other fanatics are too egotistical to admit that you have been had by a silver tongued smoothie... even now when the Democratic Party has fallen to the brink of oblivion. If they don't ralley something in these up coming elections, I predict their replacement as one of the two major parties in the US, within a decade. The Libertarian Party is steadily moving up on them.

It may feel better, as you notice how your party has been decimated, to blame the right wing, and there is validity in recognizing their success at winning the power struggle. Surely you recognize the lost cause in ever expecting them to apologizing for kicking your butts, don't you... maybe not.

But until or unless you learn to place responsibility for failure where it belongs you are doomed as a Party. It isn't too late but ... 'too late' is rapidly approaching. When/if your party faithful take clinton to task and proclaim a solid foundation of ethical principle for your representatives, you may start to see a turn in the tide. Clinton failed as a model of character and ethical leadership, and as a person who could be looked up to. His opportunity to claim a legacy as a good leader is gone, he also lost the chance to claim martredom. At this point the whole world still sees y'all in a hopeless state of whining, denial, blame and excuse making.

Your postings on these threads look like battered spouse syndrom. <<<Yeah clinton blew it, and was exposed as such a creep ... but he can be soooo charming>>> ahhhh

suggestion... drop clinton and marry some mass murderer in prison. Then at least you can lead a productive life in the real world.
