Bush openly lied, flip-flopped and lied again. If you watch the several clips of Bush saying he would never touch the strategic reserve "for political reasons" you see a two-faced phony who says anything he believes will manipulate voters, and he doesn't believe a word he says. Bush is the biggest empty suit we've ever had in power, and worse, he's totally inept and corrupt. Plus he and Cheney have been in on the energy gouging since day one.
