John,
Thanks for the directions, I drove right to it.

Woodview Heights is on the very west side of Tulsa right next to Sand Springs, so I'm not sure if there are two different locations or not. It was Saturday when I got over there so I didn't get to talk with any of the office staff and just got a recording. BTW the office has moved from the development to a downtown office.

I did roam around the edition for a while and found out a few things. There are several contractors and real estate agents operating there besides American Dream Corp. and the edition includes both single and multi-family houses. The edition is considerably larger than I had expected. Some of the property is rental although it might not have started out that way. The majority of single family homes look like they do fall in the $49,990-$59,990 range. There a number of homes that look like they are more expensive, but do not look out of place.(similar construction but larger, 1 and 2 story, complex landscaping, etc.) They are not like the old tract-houses that some of us can remember from the '50s. There is considerable variety within the limits of price and lot size. In general, I was pleasantly surprised.

I did manage to talk with an owner who was there doing some extra caulking and sealing around doors and windows. He seemed to be generally pleased with the treatment he was getting from Amer. Dream. He said that the company was very good about allowing the owners to do additional work on their own. He let me walk around and answered any questions as best he could. The house was just barely closed in so I could see the consrtuction and rough plumbing. It was reasonable quality and materials.

If I think of anything else.......
If anyone has any question.....

General impression - Good(better than expected)
- Nice starter homes

Regards,
George
