I go in and out with them, first tried to use them on stocks in the 1980s or perhaps early 1990s. Never learned the exact detail, perhaps that's because nothing is written about them.....or wasn't the last time I checked. More or less I just use them as an aide to uncover oversold/overbought prices. Because I don't know if I have the fork correct I use them in tandem with other indicators.
