Kerry-McCain's CAFE standards bill would have saved us as much oil as there is in all of ANWR but the Bush Republicans refused to consider it and defeated it. How important was that?

Kerry also turned out to be 100% right about adding accountability and payment for the 87 billion Iraqi War funding bill. The Bushies mocked him for that but now the 87 billion is gone, all debt spending and we have no idea where much of it went. I've heard estimates of over 10 billion "disappeared" in Iraq. Plus all the Halliburton corruption.

Kerry's Veteran's Bill Of Rights is a fine bill, but Frist won't let it be voted on because it would expose the fact that the GOP really doesn't care about veterans as people, only as stage props.

The list goes on and on. On the flipside, Bush's big bills were the atrocious Medicare Bill, the totally corrupt Energy Bill, and the Social Security "reform" bill which would have drained Social Security of any solvency it always has in another big giveaway to corporate interests.
