TLT seems to trade off the dollar which has been very weak. IMO, the LEAPS, which are undervalued, offer protection/hedge against a big market drop caused by war with Iran/Bird flu human mutation news. BTW, there are funds which play bonds/dollar both ways. Good luck with your trade. JMTC.
