Gray market B/D trades are clearly a sellers bias. the Ask is 2X the Bid. The move off the Grays will be the momentum play. Watch arbitrage on the ONTV shares. Divide the ONTV price by 19.697 and you will have the arbitrage SSTY valuation until the issuance of the dividend. Then the prices become fluid again. All IMO. rrm
