Chispas,

The notice of intent by C. Patrick Costin (Vice President) to sell 40K of restricted stock (Form 144) may have helped the stock plunge but it seems to have started on 9/10--whereas the Form 144 is dated two days later. This two day lag makes me wonder if there is a way to know in advance of a Form 144 posting. I will email the company and ask them to give us a week in advance notice of their next intent to sell filing.
