P3 was never dissolved, and g4 just provided proof AND the halifax address.

in february 22, P3 apparently got a friendly letter from the canadian government asking to pay its dues. i dont know under what circumstances it hadn't, and im not going to speculate.

the notice clearly says that a company has 60 DAYS to get current or it MAY BE dissolved.

i was able to find the rest of the documents. you'll notice there is a distinct 'articles of dissolution have been issued to' section. if P3 was dissolved .. it would to have been 60 days after the 22nd of February, which would be April 22nd abouts.

gnb.ca - April, no P3
gnb.ca - May, no P3

Further, g4 found that as of 4/14/06 their status changed to ACTIVE. so the logical conclusion is that P3 paid what it had to pay and the government put them back in good standing. This is why we dont see them listed in April or May's dissolution list -- THEY ARE CURRENT AND ACTIVE.
