You claim that a country has the right to maximize the value from their natural resources. So what do you think of Bolivia nationalizing all the country's oil supplies? You think that's ok?

Do you disagree that a government has the obligation to its citizens to get best price possible when selling its natural resources to other countries?

And I don't know enough of the history of the Bolivian oil industry to answer your question.
