Well, I don't know if there are any near-term catalysts, but I think it's a decent spec. The Coffin brothers were involved in putting the property portfolio together (Sonora, Mexico). M. Halvorson joined the Board recently (also on BOD of Viceroy, Strathmore, etc.). The company is working with the firm that is doing promo work for Nova and Playfair. Recent trenching results from one of their properties looked good. That's the back of the napkin version...
