"How Apex Silver swindled investors and Bolivia through hedging." If that's a direct quote from Jason...........that's irresponsible of him. To "swindle investors", implies intentional infliction of harm upon investors by Apex. Do I like Apex? No. Do I like any hedging at all? No. But "swindle"? I wouldn't be loosely throwing around such words, especially if I were a high profile newsletter writer in a such a small sector where it could not help but be noticed.
