<<<Sell is ask, you should get the best bid, I was bidding (buying )
and the market makers actully bought stock from
someone below my bid, so who ever was selling didn't get the best
bid, my buy orders (bid ) should have exicuted before the price droped below them, but here latly that has
not been the case, This week I was bidding SPCO at 1-1/16 ..it went to 1..but I did not get any,
I was also bidding MOOV at 3-7/16 and it went to 3-3/8 and I did
not get any.>>>

Jim,
I thought BUY at the ASK and SELL at the BID.
So if you want your buy order to get executed immediately, it should
be placed at the ASK price, IMO.

In your case you placed your SPCO buy order at 1 1/16. It went to
1. But was it the BID price at 1? If the ASK price was 1 1/8 at that
time, your buy order still might not get executed.
The same could happen to MOOV.
