The corrupt people or groups you mention are only a small fraction of all corruption. If you provide a list of right wing, conservative, and/or Republican corrupt groups or individuals it is hardly surprising that its members are, or at least are perceived as being, "right wing". As for "energy gougers", energy companies aren't necessarily right wing, to the extent they get involved in politics its to protect their own interests and make money, not to advance a right wing political agenda. Also "energy gougers" is a rather silly term. The price rises or falls with changes in supply and demand. The only long term cartel in the market is OPEC and they are an imperfect cartel.
