MEDTECH,

If I understand you correctly, there is no advantage to using Thin Prep with the ACMI system. Does Thin Prep cost more per unit than more traditional sampling? If ACMI is truely more reliable for detacting suspicious cells, perhaps it would be most cost efficient not to use Thin Prep with it. Would this make Cytic a future candidate for a short?
