the short answers: both Maserati & Porsche: estimated @ 8 - 10 mpg not forgetting that these are competition motors. and i am not 100 % on this because it is hard to come by such data as for the most part, they keep it to themselves.
remember too that the weight of your foot will alter significantly the fuel consumption on these motors

i will spare you, since i do not know if you are a car-nut or not.
but i will say this in defense of high performance autos: there is new technology out there that will make the high performance motors surprisingly efficient.
the example i know this about porsche, (and i am sure there is more out there). they patented a technology called 'vario-cam' whereby they can manufacture high performance motors (such as the twin turbo flat H-6 3.6 litter [used in the 911 GT-2 ]and the V-10 normally aspirated 5.7 litter [used in the carrera gt]) capable of speeds in the 196 to 205 mph range that can have 17 - 19 mpg for the turbo, and 13-14 mpg for the V-10)
this vario-cam technology is built around the valve itself which is capable of having a varying degree of opening of the intake valve (the one that allows the fuel mixture to go into the combustion chamber). therefore at idle speed, the opening is more of a regular engine, allowing for both, a smooth idling and fuel consumption.
at high speeds, this system allows the valve to have a higher opening, allowing a greater amount of fuel mix to go in, and therefore, increasing performance in terms of speed as a bonus, it allows cooler running temperatures since the larger fuel mix helps cool the engine.
the closest road going porsche to a racing machine is the carrera gt (and it is damned close)

for a normally aspirated (non-turbo) V-10 motor.... i think it is damned good!. and for the most part... better than sex (with very few noted exceptions) -g
