The following info was taken from Edgar Online
I have a paid subscription

no other filing are listed for EDUSF.

Had looked at this filing back in aug. but didn't refer to it because i was somewhat bewildered by the size of the filing

Guess the amount could have been a mistake but until I see documentation otherwise I'm basing my opinions on the following info.

Also The CEO Hasfari has about 78,000 shares of which 30k+ are options

40,000 sell would represent entire holdings which under the circumstances of the continuing negotiations with Degem and Edusf for the sale of an interest of the company to unknowns would be unwise and in my opinion rather unlikely.
