Lzzrd, you have revealed your age.....Must be 1956, so you are a boomer....Jeff Cooper, a relative of yours, also gets tribute as a boomer...In fact he is the founder of true boomers....I have memorized all of his trading strategies and implemented with my own...
Question for a fellow boomer...I also was born in 1956...
I recently bought NXTR because of its pattern, a classic Head and Shoulders Bottom with breakout from neckline at 17.50....Over the weekend I noticed in Monday IBD that Prudential Bache put out a buy on NXTR.....However, I am concerned as I looked at some of my indicators with a pullback possible to 17.50....
1)Do brokerage houses put their clients into stocks they are going to recommend before they put the announcement in IBD? In other words, give their good clients, a quick 2.00 to 3.00 in profits, as they begin the process of accumulation...
2)Do you look for a pop in the price when a recommendation comes out?
Or do you usually sell into the announcement?

Thanks, just need some education here.....Mark
