Oh, yeah. I agree. Kooler than the V3 RAZR (now that everyone has one and the Coll-factor has faded somewhat), IMO.

This isn't about tech, this is about design -- and just like the mega-popular V3 it's not what's on the inside that counts, it's how cool it looks.

Yes. Nokia definitely needs to 'lighten up' and think thinner ... which I'm sure they will, but I prefer Nokia's function over form approach, and it sure hasn't hurt their share comeback.

I personally think that the new Nokia 6131 (6126 in US) which just started shipping is going to very successful in the unsubsidized €275 retail range which will put it up against the KG800 and E900.

This isn't an iconic design but I think that Nokia is finally getting clamshell design about right. and there is a darned nice feature set and functionality for the 6131 price point.
