Correct and that is essentially what they are proposing to do. It is projected to be less costly than mining on land. Barrick must like the concept ... they are following through with Placer Dome's participation. This is without a doubt one very high-risk speculative stock .. but aren't most junior explorers?! Caveat Emptor
