Yeah, I think there is some manipulators behind it. Sell it down to scare off weak hands while they themselves accumlate. Then pump it up and attract momos, they dump.

Back in mid-Jan. CGHI was up due to this newsletter pumping. I bet they had accumulated a lot before pumping and dumping.
