I worked with Expert Advisor a few years back, and I have to say, their first client/server version was a real disaster for us. Our setup just outgrew the thing big time, and we suffered a lot of headaches as a result. (Note: this isn't unusual in the client/server world, but that didn't make us feel any better at the time.) Then, after some cajoling, Software Artistry started a project to revamp the product for our location. The resulting project became version 3.5 of Expert Advisor, and I don't believe I've ever seen a product turned around so successfully. They did an unbelievable job, exceeding our expectations in a number of different ways. While I don't work at that company any more, I still keep in touch with co-workers who work with Expert Advisor, and the story is still good. I don't know what this quarters earnings or sales will be or whatever, but I think this product is a very strong one for its niche. And the way the project was developed and executed left me with a very good impression of the guys running the show there.
