No mention of Reagan. huffingtonpost.com The writer of this piece was the DOD analyst of Libya who wrote the report that Libya was nbo longer a terrorist threat. Cheney's people made her rewrite the report to pretend Libya was still a threat, so Bushies could "disarm" Libya in a phoniy photo op event and make Bush look like he was making things better.
