P.S. An addition to the second post: I believe that commercial internet web sites fall in the catagory of media, another words, they are sources of public information, whose content it is not possible to refute by the members of the general public, in an equaly powerfull manner, instantly or at any other later time. This is one of the reasons I support Pluvia's lawsuit against Westergaard, in Pluvia v. Westergaard.
