Presstek's charge is basically that the three individuals named publicly posted defamatory lies in order to profit by damaging the company and its shareholders. I am wondering whether your complaining is based on your belief that 1) in all forums, defamation should be protected speech, or that 2) in this forum only, defamation should be protected speech, or that 3) no defamation took place, based on your considered examination of the statements made by the named individuals and cited by Presstek as libelous. Which? Just wondering.
