YIKES! I was ranting to my wife yesterday about my experiences with the industry. One of the things I said was how it's useless to even bother talking to them unless it fits nicely into their cookie cutter patterns. Otherwise don't bother. You are just as well off talking to a wall. They also treat you like cattle - they herd you into overcrowded offices where you wait & wait & wait. Then they shuttle you into an exam room where you wait & wait & wait. Then finally when the doctor finally arrives, you get 3 or 4 minutes tops. If that doesn't solve your problem, schedule another appointment in 2 months. Rinse, lather, repeat. Grrrrrrr.
