Not bad but little leverage, further dampened by the capped collared earnout options. Could be a sleeper for some time but from a pure CF standpoint it is cheap. Question remains whether the business is growing (as it seems, revenues shrunk in Q1 and the midpoint of the collar strikes is even lower) and whether agent related problems arise. Amro may have had its reasons to let it go at that price, perhaps meaning that highbury paid some premium ahead of fair value.
