In my mind, Joe, your evaluation of the recent SEC filing and the time scenario (1-3 years ahead for profits)...seems pretty much right on the money and where my thinking has been for about 4 or 5 months.

If if fact this turns out to be the case, the recent "frenzy" regarding filings and just how soon we are all going to be "rich" will turn out to have been unnecessary and frivilous. I also do NOT see my investment as generating much profit this year, and have put it aside as a retirement fund to be cashed in after Dr. Hirschman has a really appropriate time to turn this company into what we know it can (and will) be.

I would urge ALL stockholders who are looking for quick profits (and are NOT into day trading) to look elsewhere...and if the wait seems too long, to cash in when financially appropriate. I do see daily/weekly ups and downs as has been the case with a short run-up or two every now and again.

If we keep level headed and stop looking for immense profits right around the corner, there will be less angst spent in watching this company, and in fact may make it more enjoyable.

I appreciate your research into the SEC filing and look forward to our day in the "court of world opinion" somewhere up the road apiece.
