I hope you can hold your breath for a long time. I transferred two accounts from Harris to E-Trade with most of the problems previously described. I moved the two accounts to Bank of America. It took a month to get the second account moved; E-Trade still holds some cash. My main problem was I could not reach anyone by phone, twenty minutes my alloted max time before hanging up in frustration. I hope you have better luck!
