Wade, I only own USF in this industry at this time, and I freely admit to not being that familiar with the industry. I note that you are big on CUNO. USF is on an acquisition binge lately, and since they have the biggest PE, it works well as acquisitions are accretive. I trust that you think CUNO is better run than USF? Or you like their products better? Or you think CUNO is more focused? But you don't think USF will try to acquire CUNO until next year? Also, do you think MMTCY is worth $35 to USF?
