We need windfall profits taxes of 200 billion against big oil, then use that money to start a huge new clean fuels program. We should then tax polluting fuels and reward clean fuels. If we do the right thing we can be totally off Arab oil within 12 years and off all oil within 20. Brazil did it, so we can too.
