I am pretty happy with Bank of America. The site format is not as smooth as E-Trade; probably because I am still getting used to it. We who are older than dirt take a while to learn new things!! I have not had to wait more than 3 minutes when calling with a question and usually get someone within a minute. The personnel are friendly and helpful, not always true with E-Trade. I went two months with E-Trade without getting an answer during trading hours. Bank of America does not have on-line printable confirmations so it takes several days to receive these (the data is in your on-line account). I have had no trouble trading the Canadian (pink sheet) stocks. Most of my orders are limit orders all have been executed as planned. So far I am pretty happy with them.
